I recently was summoned for jury service in the McDowell Mountain Justice Court at 18380 North 40th Street, Suite 130, Phoenix, AZ 85032. My scheduled appearance date was January 25, 2013.
Failure to appear for jury service can result in a fine of up to $500 under Arizona law.
Today I contacted the jury line at the court and was told in a voice message that I was not needed to appear for jury duty on January 25, 2013. Winning!
