Dave Pratt's House Sale Pending?

Radio DJ Dave Pratt's property has been removed from the MLS, according to Realtor.com.

Pratt was asking $4.98M $4.58M $4.295 million for his 6 bedroom house at 5200 North Wilkinson Road, according to the listing agent's website.

The Pratt property includes 7,405 square feet of living space on more than 2 acres and is assessed at $4.85M $3.82M $2.82 million, according to the town assessor's office.

Pratt's real estate agent did not immediately return requests for comment.
