Starbucks Store #5761 in Scottsdale at Scottsdale Road and Indian School Road is letting customer(s) pay (refill price) $0.54 for 1st drinks.

Just saw store supervisor ring up drink order for iced coffee for $0.54 (refill price). The guy just walked in the store. He has not purchased anything prior this morning.
