This info via my APS power bill: Final notice to pay. Your electricity is about to be shut off. We have not received your payment of $67.22. The electric service is scheduled to be disconnected on April 7. If APS does not receive the past due amount of $67.22 before April 7, 2010, your electricity will be shut off. [I paid the past due amount. My power was not shut off!]
