Dave Pratt Sells House for $3,750,000

Cactus Wren Family, LLC bought a six-bedroom, seven-bath home at 5200 N Wilkinson Rd in Paradise Valley from Paula Marie Pratt and David Lorne Pratt, Trustees for $3,750,000 on December 9.

The 7,405-square-foot house in the Camelback Lands neighborhood was built in 2002.
